How to cope with sweat soaked bed every night?
I love my boyfriend very much. We are here for the long term. But the only thing that angers me most is your night sweats! Every night since I was a teenager, soaked sheets over the mattress (which still use) in what seems to me particularly smelly sweat! There seems no way around it, using a powerful fan and open the window in the middle of winter and still sweats so that leaks my side too. It grosssss! Are there any good products I can buy to help me in my struggle? We can not afford a new mattress size you want, a top plastic and blankets could bother him. Perhaps a platform made of a super-absorbent so it can go into the washing machine every morning (unlike our quilt)? All other advice from people who also live by the sweat-ers? I'm at a loss, so very grateful!
Perhaps your problem is BEARING quantity of sugar during the day. Check-in and reduce the sugar because someone sweat like hell and night. Unless you can buy 2 feet x SOFT ABSORBENT 2FT felt enough to put under the sheet. You can get these LOWES store or the security or Menards.
